Hello. questions aux spécialistes du droit
Aujourd'hui les rds sont interdits et nécessitent un permis exeptionnel en ce qui concerne leur acquisition, et ce depuis la LARM entrée en vigueur le 1 janvier 1999.
Il semble qu'avant 1999 (ce que j'ai tj pensé en fait, c'est ce qu'on m'a tj dis et c'est ce que je me suis appliqué) ils étaient en vente libre, comme les lasers (ce qu'aujourd'hui on appelle vulgairement des accessoires), et que leur détention et utilisation depuis cette date est légale. (si acquis avant l'interdiction bien sûr)
Savez vous si certains cantons, avant la loi fédérale de 1999, interdisaient déjà l'acquisition ou la détention de ces accessoires en vente libre dans la confédération, et s'ils en avaient le droit ? (ça me semble bizzarre car si c'est en vente libre ailleur, ça paraît abhérrant)
