gerber command II 30th anniversary 1/1500

salut à tous, enfin reçu ma gerber command II, elle ressemble presque à une mark II sauf qu'il n'y a qu'un coté tranchant et de début de l'autre en serrated... je trouve cette lame plus esthetique que la mark II malgré la mauvaise qualité des photos...
cette dague n'est plus produite sauf cette série de 1500 pour le 30eme anniversaire du modele... j'ai eu la bonne surprise de recevoir la n°1/1500 (ou alors avec ma chance légendaire il y a 1500 n°1... hihi)

Bravo, encore une bien belle pièce.

Heu, la numéro 1, bin t'as eu du bol, ça risque de valoir du fric un jour, j'espère juste que c'est pas comme t'as dits.

COMMAND II LIMITED EDITION 2011
These knives are a limited edition reproduction of the original Command II knives and were made to celebrate the 30th. Anniversary (2011) of the Gerber Command II's introduction in 1981. The blade is made of S30V steel rather than the original L6 tool steel or 440C stainless steel of the originals. All knife marking is laser-etched rather than stamped. The knives are marked with the Slant 3 logo and "S30V USA" on one ricasso. On the same side, on the flat of the blade, is lettering that reads "COMMAND II" / "1981 - 2011 0001 of 1500". The opposite ricasso is marked in two lines, a production code and a serial number in the form "10AHO" / NNNN" where 10AHO is the production code (See 2008 Production Code for more information on the production code) and NNNN is the serial number of the knife.

Ah c'est du S30V, il me semble pas que Gerber ait sorti beaucoup de modèles en S30V.

Quelques-uns en 154cm, sinon majoritairement des aciers bons marchés, mais avec un excellent traitement thermique.

aaaaaaargh!!! je me disais aussi... on m'a "introduit" en erreur...

Le marquage "0001 of 1500" est plutot trompeur, Winchester était plus honnète avec ses marquages "one of one thousand"
